SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program description

Food Concierge (foodconcierge.ai) operates a transactional SMS program for customers and restaurant partners. We send order confirmations, delivery and pickup status updates, payment links for invoices and estimates, contract signing links, account verification codes, and operational notifications related to services you requested. This is not a marketing program.

2. How to opt in

You opt in to receive SMS by one of the following methods:

• Entering your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on a quote request, checkout, or vendor onboarding form on foodconcierge.ai.
• Replying START or YES to a Food Concierge message after a previous opt-out.
• Providing your phone number to a Food Concierge voice agent and verbally confirming you wish to receive a payment link or order update by SMS.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity (typically 1–6 messages per order or invoice). Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. How to opt out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. After opt-out you will receive a single confirmation message and then no further SMS to that number, except in response to a new opt-in.

6. Privacy

We do not share or sell your phone number or SMS opt-in data to third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used solely to deliver the transactional messages described above and to provide customer support. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Supported carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and most other U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
